I ran into an issue and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but support got back to me quickly. I explained what was going on, and they jumped in without making it complicated. Before long, everything was fixed and I was able to get back to what I was doing. It was a simple thing, but it definitely made a good impression.

I was happy with the selection here. There were so many bagel options, it actually took me a minute to decide what to get.

I ordered a mixed box from justbagels.com, and to my pleasant surprise, everything showed up exactly the way I picked it. No missing bagels, no random substitutions, no little “oops” moment to deal with, which should be the standard but apparently isn’t always.

The flavors were labeled correctly too, so sorting them at home was easy instead of becoming some unnecessary guessing game. I’ve had plenty of food orders messed up before, so I was genuinely relieved that this one didn’t come with any weird surprises.

Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience. I got exactly what I ordered, it arrived correctly, and I didn’t have to contact anyone to fix anything, so yes, 5 stars from me.

Tracking was easy and I didn’t run into any delays. i kind of wonder if they’re shipping these out super fast behind the scenes or something, because it’s been really consistent so far. I was a little nervous the bagels would show up smashed, but they were packed really nicely and everything looked good. The box did have a dent on one side, and for a second I was like, great, here we go. But nope, the bagels inside were totally fine. Happy with it overall.

I was disappointed with these bagels. They just tasted kind of old and chewy, and there wasn’t much flavor to them. Not something I’d really want to buy again.

The bagels arrive fresh, the portions are good, and the price feels fair, especially compared to buying them locally. Shipping has been smooth for me too. Nothing overly fancy, just good bagels that are worth the money
